you should not allow modify and delete to everyone, unless you have a good reason to. you wouldn't leave the door of your house open to everyone, would you?

so, uncheck the corresponding right in the "management" tab of your database and, then, use this link:

when you want to modify or delete the data. You first have to login with your password and its therefore only possible to you and nobody else...
