      You don't need to write your own form code (its possible if you want more flexibility but its not necessary for the basic things).

      All you have to do is define the fields you want for your database. Then create a page and insert

      <do action=all>

      where you want to have the output of the database. Call the page with

      http://baseportal.com/cgi-bin/baseportal.pl?htx=/yourname/yourpage

      and thats it......

    Re: ARGH

      sounds like to me you created your database but cant get a page. if so. log out. then signe in. click the database showing in the directory. then click page, i take it you dont know how to make a page. me to lol. click templates. select your template. click submit. then hilight the url at the top of the page click the right mouse button and click copy. log out. go to your usaul web or internet page. click favorits on the toolvar and bookmark it. theres yoiur web page. befor you do this. while your liged into baseportal. make syre you after clicking your database in the directory and going to managment. and clicking the add data check box first. then you will be able to input data online
