    embedding data in separate page

      Is there a way to have the selected data appear on a seperate page once someone does a search.
       For instance,, a person searches the database and it gives some of the fields and when they go to another page it gives more of the fields. Is there a way to do this without the user having to put the parameters into the search twice.

    Number of ENtries Output

      Is there a way to only have the number of entries listed without the data. If so, what is the command?

      For instance, someone performs a search in the database and the baseportal tells them how many matching entries there are without showing the data.

      Thanks

      Try this:

      <do action=all listfields=-field1,field2,field3...>

      Keep anything else in the <do action=all> that you have now (like "Search=link" or whatever). Just prevent the fields from displaying with the (-) sign...all fields following the - won't be displayed.

      Try this:

      <perl>get;</perl>
      $_amount entries found.
