You can have as many forms as you want. Each form must have the <form action= ...> and end with </form>. The difference is in the "action=" part. You will have to use the page that will contain the script for processing your form. So, your first form will call template 1, the second form will call template 2. You must then write template 1 and 2 to take the action that you want from the data in the form. The specific database information will be in the template 1 and/or 2 so multiple databases are no problem. I probably have given too little detail but give it a try. You may want to reference the baseportal library "single password" which will give a form example. TheOneRing |
